Before you download the application form (see below), here's a few notes on the plans for the day... Remember the date - 12th June 2010. Please make sure you are available to perform that day before submitting your application. The event is taking place at Esher Rugby Club. There will be a main stage and a 'Busking Tent'. On your application please make it clear which area you'd rather perform in. On your application, please give us a clear description of you / your band / your music so that we can consider your application properly. We need to be able to review your performance before confirming your spot. If you've got a CD or DVD of a performance please send it to us with your application. If you've got a video on UTube, or a place on MySpace or any other site then give us the address so we can take a look.
