The MIZU Project
'Mizu' encapsulates the Japanese idea of 'water'.

In November 2004 a collaborative project on the concept of Mizu (water) took place with St. James' Primary School, Weybridge, Ashley Primary School, Walton on Thames and Heathside School, Weybridge taking part.

The project featured singing, dance, artwork and poetry all with mizu as their theme.

The three schools together produced an evening of entertainment where visitors were asked to share in a Celebration of Creativity. Following the entertainment visitors were able to view the artwork on display.

Thanks go to all the students involved and their teachers and parents, for making this such an enjoyable and successful project.

The riverhouse Barn, the R C Sherriff Trust and the Guildford Diocesan Board of Education are also thanked for their support of this worthwhile project.
