It’s our goal to work with even more people and organisations on creative, innovative and original projects and initiatives that will continue to advance the arts in Elmbridge, and continue to deliver RC Sherriff’s legacy.

CELEBRATING 25 YEARS OF
THE RC SHERRIFF TRUST

In 2018 the Trust Celebrated its 25th birthday  with a programme of RC Sherriff-related activities and projects, including concerts and performances of Sherriff's work. It also commemorated the 100 Anniversary of the ending of The First World War. 

2018: A Year of Celebration and Commemoration.

We're also continuing to support...

Along with the above, we will also continue our support for specific Elmbridge-based charities and community organisations, whose missions and objectives fit with ours.

THEATRE & PERFORMANCE

Aims: This charity works to foster and promote the maintenance, improvement and development of artistic taste and the knowledge, understanding an appreciation of the arts among the Elmbridge community. 

How we support them: 
Our annual contribution supports the running of the Elmbridge Drama Festival.

Elmbridge Youth Theatre (Charity No 1071866)

Aims:
EYT caters for the leisure time needs of local young people (aged 15 to 25), and seeks to encourage and foster an interest in theatre and develop the skills involved in the various theatrical arts. 

How we support them: 
We help with running costs and make a contribution towards their main annual production.

MUSIC 

Elmbridge Community Link (ECL) (Charity No 1035501)

Aims:
This charity works to enrich the lives of more than 100 local people with learning disabilities by offering activities at centres in Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge, Esher and West Molesey. 

How we support them: 
We help enable ECL's participants to enjoy regular monthly music workshops, aided by helpers and a musical facilitator. Each December, members perform concert for the whole community.
